H2GD Part 40: Is this a two line double slash comment?

I’m just looking at some code I wrote a while ago and was a bit surprised to see a double slash comment that appeared to be over two lines. It looks wrong but it works… Well, it doesn’t go wrong. [bw_api ] // Handle http://oik-plugins.co.uk/plugins/download?plugin=x&version=y&id=z&action=update [/bw_api]

    Explanation

    1. The first line is obviously a double slash comment.
    2. The second is a PHP label, followed by a double slash comment.

Has anyone else seen examples of code that wasn’t intentionally obfuscated but makes use of some feature of the programming language that you’d never considered using?
